OUR SCOPE
At Rebuild for Change we offer services at four different tier levels that reflect the beneficiaries stage of life as they age. These tiers encompass the stages of life from the Early Childhood phase to the Youth Development phase. Our mission is to give the beneficiaries a solid foundation in their Early Childhood phase to assist them as they prosper into the Youth Development phase and then as successful contributing members of society.

Tier 1 -The Foundational Phase (Early Childhood Development - ECD)
Tier 1 targets fundamental needs that help children deal with social, motor and emotional changes that occur at this stage. This is a vital stage in the beneficiaries life and proper attention, care, and education will allow the beneficiaries to prosper as they move through the other 3 stages.
Tier 2 -The Primary Phase (Middle Childhood Development)
Tier 2 provides services that foster better mental, emotional, physical and social health. As the beneficiary reaches the middle childhood stage of life, they will face new challenges. This tier is building on the foundational phase. Proper implementation of this phase prepares the beneficiaries for success at school and allows them to thrive socially and understand correct social and emotional behavior with peers, teachers, friends and family. They will also form habits that are beneficial and supportive to their physical health. Success at this stage gives the beneficiaries a positive mental image of themself.
Tier 3 - The Senior Phase (Adolescence)
Tier 3 places focus on working towards providing structure and discipline to contribute to their school success. Reducing the exposure to violence, poverty and lack of recreational facilities in communities. Rebuild for Change’s goal is to counteract the negative influences that the beneficiaries may be facing at this stage. Structure and discipline is crucial as it allows them to stay on a positive path. Success at this stage allows beneficiaries to prosper as they move into the Youth Development phase.
Tier 4 -The Pivotal Phase (Youth Development)
Tier 4 offers services aimed to equip youth to successfully enter the professional working environment or higher education institution. These services help develop vital life skills. Youth are provided building blocks to become valuable contributors to their community and society. Once the beneficiaries leave this stage, they should be prepared for employment or education. They should have a positive mental, social, and emotional framework and understand how to care for their physical health.
Starting from Early Childhood, Rebuild for Change wants to prepare beneficiaries for all future stages of life as we follow them into the Youth Development phase. Our goal is to see beneficiaries prosper through each stage and eventually become contributing members of society.
