Be the Change! Help us make a difference in underprivileged communities. Your contribution can unlock every child and youth's potential.
The Teach Me To Teach project aims to empower young people with the necessary tools to build successful careers. Its objective is to furnish them with skills and knowledge that can bring tangible improvements to their families. This initiative fosters the development of confident, self-reliant, and optimistic young individuals. By participating in the project, youth receive the essential foundations to launch their careers and later pass on their expertise to the upcoming generation. Rebuild For Change will persist in overseeing and assessing the progress and community impact of the beneficiaries.
In disadvantaged communities, the lack of job opportunities and access to post-secondary education is prevalent. Various social challenges like school overcrowding, economic disparities, substance abuse, exposure to violent crime, and addiction impact both youth unemployment rates and the number of young individuals not pursuing post-secondary education. The specific hurdles faced include a lack of motivation to seek opportunities, insufficient information about available jobs or education, early marriage or teen pregnancy, limited educational advancement opportunities, minimal work experience, poor literacy and numeracy skills, and limited exposure to professional work environments and etiquette. These obstacles create barriers for youth success after completing their education.
The Teach me to Teach project aims to address this issue by providing skills development and training. This includes career guidance, exposure to professional work environments, opportunities to work on community projects with Rebuild For Change, gaining work experience, and enhancing CVs. These efforts aim to increase confidence in the abilities and skills of the beneficiaries, empowering them to actively contribute to their households and communities, serving as role models for younger children. These training and work prospects will help decrease unemployment rates and enable beneficiaries to advance their careers, breaking the cycle of poverty.
Choosing project recipients from underprivileged regions facing job placement challenges.
The opportunity is available to individuals aged 18 to 36, whether they have completed matriculation or not, and are eager to acquire new skills.

The main aim of this project is to empower ambitious, confident, and motivated young individuals who are eager to instigate positive changes in their lives. Many underprivileged communities lack role models, but by investing in youth development programs, we can equip and offer opportunities to the young generation. This, in turn, enriches their lives and enables them to make a positive impact in their communities, no matter how big or small.
By serving as good examples for younger children, the youth can have a positive influence on their communities.
Youngsters can relate to the stories and backgrounds of their role models, serving as beacons of hope for children facing challenges like poverty, violence, and crime.
A crucial goal of this youth development initiative is to nurture young role models for children and provide the youth with stable employment and access to higher education, benefiting the community in various ways.
